Hi, welcome

I think you justify going a step further. I'd say to him (note, they are in questionformat so he will feel compelled to answer)-

Do you want our relationship to detiorate to the point whereby we'll no longer be in contact?

I love you but we are going downhill, is that your intention?

I think 14 days is long enough for you to find alternative accommodation or do you think 30 days? (That gives him a choice)

By not seeking to move out you're violating me, do you understand that?

It's been 7 days since our last discussion, how many places have you applied for?

If things go really downhill an AVO is the only avenue to force him out. Remember, you have rights, anyone removing your rights is toxic imo because he isn't respecting you.

TonyWK

I want my brother to move out of my house. He is very difficult to live with. He complains all the time about my appearance, my diet, even what work I do. I have told him many times that if he is not happy with me that he should move out. I am not sure what else I can do. He is not violent towards me but he starts lots of arguments.
