Looking for help for my daughter

Hi, I'm looking for help for my single daughter, mum of 2 boys who lives in NSW. She is struggling managing the boys and I can't be there as often as i'd like to be. Does any one know where she could go to get help. It's not financial that she needs.

I am sorry to hear that you are struggling with this, it must be hard not to be able to get there and help. Is there anyone near her that could help? Any family? The kid's father, is he in the picture?

I'm not sure what you mean by "help", is she struggling mentally? Or does she just need help looking after the kids? If she is struggling mentally, seeing her doctor would be the first step, and then explaining what's going on. If she needs help looking after kids, I know it's easier said than done, can she invest in childcare?
