Wondering if anyone else who has lost a parent particularly a father if your a daughter at a younger age. My query is this tomorrow I turn the same age as my beautiful dad passed away and I'm feeling weird emotions and more tears than I can handle is this normal as you journey through that milestone birthday???

Yes Roz i think it's quite normal, although loved people are always in our minds anniversaries tend to freshen it up.

I was young when my dear Dad passed many yrs ago & i stil cry for him. Miss him terribly, Mum too but easier to deal when someone's had a good long innings.

We NEVER stop loving people or missing them

Crying's a great but exhausting outlet

Tc
