&lt;P&gt;I had a good xperience with naturopathy, and suppliments.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;something i have learnt is that we need magnesium and if we dont have enough our anxiety can sometimes be because we are deficient,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;i really reccommend taking a magnesium suppliment and see how you go and see if that works for you, Naturpoaths also  have a heap of other things too but i wasnt able to take some of the herbs as it would react with my medications.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;i would reccommend going to see a naturopath and see what they say &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
