&lt;P&gt;This is a great question and I'm glad you're seeking help.  &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Just to clarify, is this 190$ before your Medicare Rebate or after?  Some psychologists have a gap fee of 190$ and others require you to pay 190$ up front but then out of pocket would be much lower.  This could be worth checking if you haven't already.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately we can't recommend individual places here but often places come up if you search online.  If I search 'couples counselling bulk-bill online' there's a couple that come up.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The other thing I can suggest is to look at is Relationships Australia as they have locations all across the country.  While they do mention a lot of different things, they also do general couples counselling.  The fees vary around Australia but can be as low as 30$ with a concession card.  If you go on this website and click on your state you can find out more- &lt;/P&gt;
