I may have to increase my dose of SNRI medication due to a relapse of symptoms. I have had to do this in the past and experienced a worsening of symptoms for more than a week-sleeplessness, increased anxiety etc. This has made me very apprehensive due to my past history but I want to feel better. Has anyone else experienced this?

dear Luciban, hi and thanks for posting this question, so can I ask you a question myself, I'm interested to know that if you always recover on the same dose after a relapse, and if so how long does it take.

I only ask this because if and when I have a relapse I know that I will get better in a couple of days, whether this is psychosomatic for me, I can't answer this, but tend to believe it maybe. Geoff.
