    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi MisterM&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Yes, some 13 years ago my then psychiatrist wanted me to do the same. I had zero patience at the time and so I had no mental endurance to do it and gave up relatively soon.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately my psych got angry at me for giving up and that is exactly what I didn't need. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Anyway, I think its up to the individual as to whether it will work or not. Anything is worth a try and if it works it will possibly result in less medication and so forth.&lt;/P&gt;

Anyone here use this site or have used it?</description>
