    <description>&lt;P&gt;Take it slow, dont force yourself to stop a random day, fight against the feelings of needing it and entertain yourself and slowly you wont need it anymore just do things that you enjoy and distracting in a key find new hobbies every other day. hope this helped youll get through it mate its hard but youll do it i believe in you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Your body needs time to adjust and get used to living without nicotine. Try linking the craving with movement.
