Dear Wakewoke~

Welcome here to the Forum, a friendly place, and I think a number of people here have faced the same problem.

Having few resources and wanting to leave seems almost impossible. Staying might seem the only practical option, though it has a price, you become less and less confident of yourself and your abilities and have to endure the toxic life.

Can I suggest you give a couple of places a call? The first is 1800RESPECT (1800 737 732), who are very experienced in these sorts of situations and may well be able to point you at what you need in your area.

The other is our own 24/7 Help Line (1300 22 4636
) who also may have some suggestions.

Apart from practical help being supported is most important, there is nothing worse than feeling completely alone trying to deal with a harsh life .

Do you have anyone, family or freind perhaps who will listen to you and care?

Of course if you would like you can say more about yourself and the problems you face right here. You would be welcome and we will understand
