    <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear&amp;nbsp;Eliz_a2998~&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You are a long way from the person you were before because you have lived though the terrible set of feelings that lead you to the psych ward and self harming. Also now you do not have so much pressure, having passed year 11 plus a year from the ward with 6 months not self-harming. All very good things you have been able to do too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I guess you&amp;nbsp; should expect to be diffent, you are not the person you were before, now you have more expereince, more coping skills and can see you have not let yourself or others down, pretty good. You are also accepting help for those umpteen psychs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If all these changes clouds remembering how you were before that might be a good thing, as your previos posts were very unhappy. Now I hope you can feel better in your life.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've worried about having no structure or motivation in my life when my circumstances changed, and my way out was to do some volunteering, which has suited me though might not be for everyone. Do you think you can find somthing enjoyable that keeps you regularly occupied while you decide what's next?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Croix&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Being better help</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's been six months since I last self harmed. It is officially one year ago I was in the psych ward because of an attempt to take my life, it's been very hard trying to get my life back. It's weird I feel as if I've forgotten who I was before I was sick I feel lost a lot and not real.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
