    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I hope all of you are doing okay &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt; Only read a bit on here - &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sleepy, a crossword puzzle outside in nature sounds amazing... I must remember that idea for if/when I am a bit okay.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;EMs, a mixed berry and banana fruit salad - YUM!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For my self care - well, I am not sure this stuff counts, but I will put it here anyway, for putting it in writing and seeing it for real...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have just met with a community support worker who works with ppl for a short time. I have never had one before and so no idea whatsoever, but she has a good vibe and seems kind. I talked to her about my ongoing stress of my GP not helping and in fact I feel doing more harm than good. The community support worker listened, really listened and then said I deserve better than this GP and to find a new one. This was so good, to be heard and supported - I can't explain it, but I think with the cPTSD and other things I doubt myself of everything and put up with whatever, just going round and round in circles. The community support worker helped me to stop doubting myself on this. And so I have made some online apts with another GP &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then also, today I went to my psychologist - who I have seen approx 6mo? It has never really felt 'right'. Turns out she has misrepresented herself as a trauma psych when in fact a business lecturer and organizational psych. I still keep trying with her, but she doesn't 'get it' or 'get me'. It feels very much a time/job/transactional thing and at $195 a session is hard to justify. Then getting judged on returning to abusers, sort of victim blamed. Rather than seeing how NC with family is hard. I have walked away from her last 3 sessions in a dissociated state, feeling worse about myself than when I went in to the apt. And each time when home having to ring a lifeline to help ground me. Again, the doubt I have has kept me going to her. However, after today - 3rd time on a helpline due to her... the man on the line also gave me the confidence to quit her, not doubt myself and find another, and in the meantime call their line as often as needed. The difference between caring workers and just a job/transactional workers. I think I get it in my gut - just gotta stop the doubt and go with my gut. But it is exhausting trying.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Anyway, so they are my self cares - taking a bit of power back in finding the right team around me. &lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;1) following what i learn in hospital and presenting my meals nicely - more appealing and "treat" like. &lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;3) reading the newspaper&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4) having a podcast going in the background so I can tune in and out and relax&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm hearing you &lt;STRONG&gt;Sleepy21 &lt;/STRONG&gt;loud and clear. I never think I've done enough self-care... I just resist doing it completely! &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;BIG struggle for me. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I love your presenting food like a treat one lol! Never thought of that. &lt;BR /&gt;
I always forget about podcasts.. hmm. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;monkey_magic &lt;/STRONG&gt;- lovely spending quality time with mum... awww. &lt;/P&gt;
