    <description>&lt;P&gt;Such sweet self-caring amberlite and missep! &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My self-care things today were: &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;* ordered delivery lunch like most of the staff on Fridays, wasn't going to but forced myself, hmmm. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;* visited my kids at work because they asked me to, it was so nice seeing them! We had an awful night last night, they were really upset about things like school and school friends etc. They looked happier tonight. Yay. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;* forgave myself, somewhat. Still working on that. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;* bought a heap of such lovely stuff in great specials at Spotlight after work. That cheered me up! Can get rid of more stuff that reminds me of yuckier times now. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;* got to have a quick call with BF who's snowed in, in a remote mine in Alaska. They only allow a short amount of wifi "sometimes". &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;* I need a good dinner and a long hot bath tonight! Will do that asap and light a new scented candle I bought too. Yay. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;LOTS of changes happening in my family. &lt;BR /&gt;
Feels like I've been a fidget spinner for almost a week! &lt;BR /&gt;
Finding solid ground now. &lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;1) following what i learn in hospital and presenting my meals nicely - more appealing and "treat" like. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2) short walks &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3) reading the newspaper&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4) having a podcast going in the background so I can tune in and out and relax&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm hearing you &lt;STRONG&gt;Sleepy21 &lt;/STRONG&gt;loud and clear. I never think I've done enough self-care... I just resist doing it completely! &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;BIG struggle for me. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I love your presenting food like a treat one lol! Never thought of that. &lt;BR /&gt;
I always forget about podcasts.. hmm. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;monkey_magic &lt;/STRONG&gt;- lovely spending quality time with mum... awww. &lt;/P&gt;
