    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am on the road to recovery from depression and learning to manage my anxiety and I really want to change my life and habits. I think if I manage to create good habits and a healthy lifestyle it can help me in the long term and not sure if it would help me to recover but I don't think it will hurt either.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I just want to know about other people's experience and see what kind of habits did you create that have helped in the long term? &lt;/P&gt;</description>
