      <description>Three things you are grateful for today? (say them out loud as well, it feels so much better)&lt;BR /&gt;
Did you know you can retrain your brain by saying three things you are grateful for everyday for 21 days !&lt;BR /&gt;
I'll start:&lt;BR /&gt;
1: I am grateful to have easy access to fresh drinking water&lt;BR /&gt;
2. I am grateful to be able to feel the air going into my lungs and breath out (thanks trees)&lt;BR /&gt;
3. I am grateful to be living on this beautiful planet, to be able to connect with people on the internet even when I feel so isolated. THANK YOU !</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Kyra1609,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What a lovely post, thank you for starting it!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I keep a gratitude journal and I find that it helps, especially looking back on it and seeing some of the good things.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. I am grateful for the cooler weather.  It's been high 30's low 40's and I hate it.  It's low 30's now but that's something.  My ideal weather is when it's cold and freezing.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. I am grateful for the library.  Books are free!  Magazines are free!  It's awesome.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3.  I am grateful for the members on Beyond Blue.  For the people that are struggling and reached out, or the people who are feeling suicidal that are still here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
