&lt;P&gt;I found an article that helped was about treatments for depression . &lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I can't give you a complete answer to this, there is simply too much here and people get value from different things. When I first came to Beyond Blue my illness (PTSD, Anxiety, bouts of Depression) had been ongoing for many years, so I can't say anything actually got me started, thought they certainly have been an influence and changed what I do. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The following 3 areas on the website helped me see treatments and things I could so myself in a realistic manner.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Even right at the start if a person has an illnesses such as these then getting an overall view of what is likely to be of help is a great resource, and can then be a topic of discussion  with one's doctor.&lt;/P&gt;
