OTW

I remember the time of not walking for days (having been shot in the leg) and that was so awful to go through, and wonderful to walk/run again when I could some weeks later. But to go through GBS, and face the very real threat of never walking again, and then beating it and be able to run again, this makes me want to run around the block just to help you celebrate.

Congratulations for defeating it, I am so happy for you.

After my gillian barre syndrome, ive finally started running again and it feels so good.the exercise i so enjoy helps my moods and stability so much. My depression is minimal. My bpd is almost gone. I continue my meds. But how great. From not walking for months to sprinting the beaches.... Why not join me.... Cheers.... Wayno.
