Hi I have been on this site for three days. After spending 8 years in the darkness's feeling hopeless and lost. I have had a break thru the last two days have been so fulfilling laughter's no physical tremors or anxious moment. Plus no bad thoughts the only thing I change was to talk on this site and ask for help which came from every one I wrote to and from. You are all champion's thanks 1 and all I am now looking forward to life one day at a time

Its people that made the difference to air my life challenges to. I have only just told police a mouth ago about my assault at 8 years of age. Still waiting for reply I have waited 49 years so what's a few more weeks it want change the person I have become. That 7 year old boy has been finally released to be happy again. I will of course have to keep working on myself so I can try help others were possible in my walk of life it want be easy but up for it I want more 7year old boy happens YIPPIE

49 years of suffering....oh my lord...Im sorry....thats huge major pain....but its great that you are happy EN!

To hear you this happy is a gift to the forums as whole.....not to mention the thousands of people that choose to only read the forums for help as well...

You have just helped so many people by saying you have found some peace 🙂 Yay!!

Thanks a lot that means so much to me,if Irena had not taken me to her house I think I may have taken the next step from what I tried in October were I just ended up I a mental hospital. Irena is my ex wife everybody had a guarding angle she is mine thank god for her and she gave me your pamphlet. The rest is history so far

I now have a bright light in my future because I will always have this site to ask for help and maybe give something back to the public

hi Wayne, it is an enormous favour to all of us to have you on board, because when someone joins our site whether it's good news or disappointing situations, it brings another story to the forum which will benefit other people.
Whether it's taken you 49 years to report an incident only means that you are gaining strength, and it doesn't matter how long this takes, but when you do then you must be feeling a different person.
Guardian angels like Irena are such a blessing and I also know that I have a couple watching me, that gives us both hope and strength to power on, and Paul has been one your main supporters and I also regard him as a legend. Geoff.

Thank you for all the good wish's it been a long battle but I am feeling more positive about my future. I now look forward to a life that I want to get as much out of by surrounding myself with fun loving people and try to assist other.

So glad I fort off that blackness and reached out to share my store not knowing what would happen glad I did

Every now and then, someone like you comes along who inspires with their courage and determination. Booyar!

Your battle with the past and now confronting your abuse/abuser, takes more than most people could ever realise. I for one do. I'm shaking my head and smiling in awe. 🙂

The more adults who get to court with their shocking stories of childhood hurt, the quicker our systems will change. My friend did it in her 30's and her father went to prison for 8 yrs; no time for good behaviour either!

More importantly, she regained self empowerment and faith in herself. She now heads up a child sexual assault team. Hope springs eternal...

Thank you for your kind words it make's it all worth while I did it for myself. I didn't realize that by using this site to help my own healing it may help others. I am one of those crazy people how likes to punish themselves by helping others be a lift to next town bogged on the beach were I go fishing were i take people who have never had the opportunity to experience Australia in all its glory as most people don't. I use my challenges too better myself it is what drives me on.

I do understand why people come to this site for help you are amazing thank you for your mind words

Thanks Paul and Sara for your kind words. Very humbling to come from people like you how give up so much to help do Meany. Just an update I have found a new GP how Care's for them that come to see her. I went yesterday we chatted about changing my meds and with me having to wait we agreed to change I walked out with one I already tried back in 2004 when I went back to school to do a diploma of food science. Used to help with fear of public speeching. Instant change I just need to work harder as I know that. This a long road with a pot of gold at the end with my name on it called freedom.

Hope you are all well I am here for the long haul.

I think you're inspirational matey. That dip in food science is a credit to you too. Jealous much? I sure am. I don't have the focus these days for more study, but I was offered a job yesterday. $90 per hr!

Wouldn't you know it, I probably can't do that either damn it! Those abusive bastards in our past have much to pay for indeed. A pot of gold at the end of the rainbow might just do the trick eh.

Hi Sara's you make me laugh at myself which is very important therapy if can't laugh at yourself your in more trouble than me. I had to many problems for one so I had to invent two more people to share the load around. We are like atoms in an unbalanced chemical having to share hydrogen's around to be balanced. Funny I used chemicals as an example as I am chemically unbalanced due to adha. You are taking yourself for granted you deserve that job and I am sure you are qualified or they would not have offered it to you. We just talked about it and we all agreed go fore it baby and knock them out at the interview we believe in you. All jokes aside I do mean it.

Hi Paul and Sara's hope my humor is uncalled for, but I am the evilnut Wayne. A little bite of laughter goes a longway. Have used comedy all my life to make my friends laugh, did introduce them to Monty Python cheech and choonge there would be Lot's of ( always look on the bright side of life ) mh councillor before I had mh challenges but you had to be evilnut to listen to M P and C C.

What great memories I still remember when this will show my age, the Baker doing his delivery's in a house and cart oh my god the evil had gone out of me nah just kidding we can't be separated that's the best part of me. That the stuff dreams are made on happy ness and beer woops. I would not have believed it if someone said to me in two weeks you may start to find the light if you go on this web site. I would have taken them to my hospital for the evilnut s no here I am living breathing evilnut Wayne laughing at an old john cleese saying ( goats gone poo ) get out of town but miracles do happen maybe there is an Easter Bunny shut up OK enough B S for now can't wait for the instalment of the man with three first names lol.
