Hi All,

I recently had another session with my shrink as I have Anxiety. She was pleased with the work i've done on myself, however she would like me to keep making an effort to keep the balance right for the next couple of years. So she is sending me some more resources by mail.

My question is this, What else helps when you are an outgoing introvert? 🙂

Hello lovely so there is a word for it "outgoing introvert" I can def empathise with u here, I'm a social butterfly love to be and about but I have a social anxiety / fear of what people might think of me when they see me always had issues with my body image and self confidence, but to help me get thru i do little things to make myself feel comfortable before walking out the door, straighten my hair, very very little makeup (eyeliner), wear some colour since im pretty much always dressed in black, so just little things makes a little bit of a difference. I also just try to self talk myself out of my anxiety / shyness and just get things done, I also listen to very loud music in the car whilst travelling from a - b so that seems to boost my confidence a little bit, very rarely do i get the chance to go out on my own i am always to busy running my little man around to playgroups and what not 🙂 hope this has helped nice to have spoken with you Venessa xx

Hi Venessa!

Thanks for your reply. True it is the little things that make a difference! Colour in outfits helps our mood i agree. Glad I'm not the only girl that's not a big fan of makeup, I don't like to walk out the door looking like a colouring in book haha. Really understand not having any time to go out by yourself, sometimes it's not such a bad thing though 🙂 Ps: Little people are the best!

Nice to talk with you also hun! x
