    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I am Indra and have recently joined here. I am suffering from depression and have what is described as ongoing grief. This is what they say to you when your child gets diagnosed with a moderate to severe lifelong disability and now the possibility that my youngest may have the same disability but on a mild level. I have also overcome an anxiety disorder which I had in my late teens - mainly due to the fact that I had nearly died from health reasons.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The things that keep me going at the moment are my two boys - who create some of my stress, but also give me many rewarding experiences and show me a lot of love. Music is a must and when I &amp;nbsp;find a quiet minute &amp;nbsp;(a rarity) I like to write.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Indra,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I love music too, listening and having a smash on the drums when I can. Learning to play an instrument is great for the mind and the soul.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I like to stay aware of all the important aspects of my life, I try and make sure I have goals in each area so that I know I am track. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Anything to do with Nature is an interest to me, I volunteer for several groups and I feel very rewarded for my time. I practice thankfulness for the positive parts of my life and the challenges. Love to you.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Jack,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Thank you for sharing! I had a chuckle with the drums - my miniman (4 year old Jack - yep great name lol) already has a talent for the drums - mum is a bit reluctant in getting a proper kit via the noise factor! Being out in nature is good for clearing the mind and walking and hiking is a great form of exercise. I love the beach as well, that has always been a great stress relief for me. Enjoy the rest of your day ☺&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;dear Indra, well this is a question that could change from time to time, or even day by day, but my little dogs and not only the one in my photo but the one I had for 18 years, she was my companion, and when anybody said are you coming to the whatever, they also included Tessie, because very few times would I ever leave her.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Now I have the one in the photo, Moo-Moo who sticks by me as well, but also I am so pleased that I didn't end my life because I have 2 beautiful small grand daughters aged 3 and 1 who I dearly love to see, even though they live a couple of hours away.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I used to like driving but now 2 hours seems to be a long drive, stupid I know, but as we get older lots change.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also my 2 sons are the world to me. Geoff.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Geoff,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I think pets are not only great companions, but do end up as part of your family. Unfortunately our yard is too small for dogs &amp;nbsp;(saying this my partner and boys want German Shepherds) and with my youngest son being animal crazy we ended up with a kitten in January. He is great - fits in with our dysfunctional family! I am glad you are still here for your granddaughters - it's a blessing for you both. As for driving - I am certainly used to being back in a regional area. It can be a good time to think and reflect. Thanks for sharing - it certainly helps me keep positive.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Indra,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have depression too, and a liking for music but not for much of the current stuff I hear. I relish (my) old favourites, The Fall, Frank Black etc.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I like movies a lot too and have a big collection of dvds and blu-rays. I also like to write and am learning to be a scriptwriter which marries my two passions and is very challenging.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sport is another favourite. Watching rugby league and cricket, bodysurfing (not so much these days) and chess are all very much enjoyed.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Thanks for sharing ☺ Totally agree with you, definitely not into current music. I get the quizzical eyebrow raised when I say I listen to mainly Rammstein and Black Label Society, can't judge a book by its cover! Movies are big in this household, especially when outings are sometimes limited. This includes watching a lot of SpongeBob lol That is so very interesting with the scriptwriting. It must involve different technique to standard literature. I have always written poetry and after meeting my favourite author &amp;nbsp;(Kate Forsyth) at Supernova last year, I have started, somewhat slowly, on a novel. It is a great release. Thanks again fir stopping by and hope you are doing ok.&lt;/P&gt;
