It's swarming around me and pulling me down, yet again. But I WILL NOT give in to it. All is well in my world. The past does not equal my future. The power of NOW! Grattitude... I'm NOT going to give in to this horrible feeling of pain!! I WON"T!!

Great post ... just oozes positiveness. And as already posted above in responses to you by Geoff and Jo, the determination that you have shown with this post just tells us how much you are going to meet this battle head on and will take no prisoners!

Hi Jo, I’m so sorry for worrying you. Please! I’m sorry. I will be fine and am working through my stuff. Please see other posts. What would really make me happy is to see you get well and get the help you need re hospitalisation or whatever you need. You truly are a wonderful woman and I count you as a very valued friend! I am Neil! Thank you. I have realised after careful thought today that there is a few things here that I have to face head on instead of just 'shrugging off'. Shrugging off doesn't work. Facing things head on, what thing at a time, does in my experience.

I was about to say that I'm fine, but our beautiful dog, who is sleeping near my feet has just let one off!! And oh my ......... I think I need a gas mask!! He's so gorgeous, but holy smoke, with what he can deliver sometimes, it'd fair strip the paint off the walls!!
