    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey Florence , hang in there&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is there something that is bothering you, just try not to think too deeply into it, try distract yourself like as if you zone out to a 3rd person kind of thing watching over it's really helped me before&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Think about good stuff all the stuff you like just flood your mind with those thoughts be it pets you like, type of music you like, some places you like or anything like that just flood your mind with it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Get a nice rest, have something you love eating and just let your body relax , you deserve that all the time.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thinking of you and let us know how you're going yeah?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
