Hello EagleFreedom

Welcome to Beyond Blue (BB) forums. People who respond to your posts are supportive and caring. It's been good that you've found your way here.

You haven't said much in your opening post. Maybe have a look at the thread Complex PTSD - Whaty is it and how do we cope under PTSD & Trauma. There is a lot of living discussion going on there.

C-ptsd I think in the long run causes me more difficulties than just the ptsd I've had to address. I've only come to the realisation that I too have c-ptsd. And yes it can be pure hell! I can empathise with you so much.

I'm currently going to a psychologist who is helping me through my current bout. From the approach he is using I am hoping things may help me for the future. So, I do agree with you - go back to get assistance. You'll probably need to go to your GP first.

Kind regards

PamelaR
