My understanding of stress is that your events that are major, maybe minor to someone else and vice versa. That it is unmeasurable, the cause of health risk factors, that it is under addressed and I'm white.

A while ago I read an artical about the connection between TM meditation and the Dreaming and it's time for a refresh.

Stress Relief

Dear Hommer~

It's an interesting question, however I guess the way to measure stress is the reaction of the individual, though common sense does come into it. Some matters are inherently more stressful than others and I'd suppose the number of people that are affected by them rises in proportion.

As for TM meditation, I use meditation via an app, and that helps, however dreams or nightmares seem to have a will of their own, thankfully less nowadays

I did read your response in your other thread about 'using' people here. It's fine to post, how else are you going to get a set of experienced views of things?

Have googled the question and was disappointed. As it has a bearing on my life direction, will also be trying other avenues and know this avenue may not be proper.
