&lt;P&gt;take as much time as you need to grieve and take that step when u are ready &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;lots and lots of self care and distraction can help…I lost someone recently too not a child but I can somewhat relate&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It has been 6 weeks since my baby passed, I been having a hard time trying to be proactive again. I still haven’t called a funeral home to discuss my daughter’s cremation because I’m still finding it hard to come to terms with the reality that she’s gone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What can I do to help myself with this grieving process and to bounce back to myself again?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;So very sorry for you - I have no words I am so sorry. I have just done a google search and in addition to BB as already mentioned there are some specific lines for grief and loss of a baby-&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Griefline 1300 845 745 (6am-midnight) free-call&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;SANDS sands.org.au 1300 308 307 (24hrs) &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The Perinatal Loss Centre theperinanatallosscentre.com.au (website has individual counsellors and their no)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Bears of Hope bearsofhope.org.au 1300 11 HOPE &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I hope this if of help to you. There are also lots of blogs and community groups out there by the looks to - perhaps you could read some of these of other people's stories.
