I am sorry to hear you have been through narcissistic abuse, I have a sister who is a narcissist so I understand.

Unfortunately, due to the anonymity of the forums, we are unable to point you to support groups, mainly because your location is anonymous also.

i dont know about any groups but i lived it for almost 10yrs so i understand a bit...
