Hello shanan93 & welcome.

There is a lot of information to be found here on BB's website. Many members have spoken of their own experiences & what helps them, under the topic 'Anxiety'. You are more than welcome to read & talk to people there.

When your thoughts & feelings seems too much to deal with on your own, talking can help very much. Usually,at this point people might like to talk to a therapist of some kind. Talking to your GP would be the next step. they can help you decide what to do next.

Remember, you are always welcome to talk here on BB.

Hugzies

mmMekitty
