Tried so hard to work but each time I do I can’t manage anything else. I have ptsd and schizoaffective disorder. how is it I’m suppose to live a normal life? I can barley socialise. Been in pain on and off far to long.

Hi Noj,

I think you’re so brave to reach out here. I think living with both ptsd & schizoaffective disorder would be a very draining, challenging & perhaps a lonely experience too...I feel for you...

I think managing work & mental health issues can be very challenging. No wonder when you do work, it takes such an enormous toll on you...it can’t be easy...

Thinking of you and hoping today treats you a bit better...

Kindness & care,

Pepper
