    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello and welcome to the forums.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can hear how hard you are working to keep yourself going, yet you still feel hopeless and perhaps wonder how to continue. I have been there many times, and still do quite often. One thing that has helped me a little is knowing that eventually it seems to pass. Sometimes the only thing I can do is to wait it out and desperately hope that something changes and it uplifts me. Sometimes it could be a change of environment, an unusual thing that happened during the day, or a glimpse of joy as the wind blows or I eat something amazing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope you will continue to reach out here on these forums, as they are a great source of support. There is also the Beyond Blue support services, open 24/7 if you need something more structured.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Feeling Hopeless</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Lately I’ve been feeling really hopeless. Im tired all the time. I stress about every little thing. I’m trying my best to stay afloat. I run and hit the gym. I try to stay as hopeful as I can but I just feel like I’m drowning. Does anyone have any advice?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, I know it must have been so tough going through all those feelings. It's great to know you are running and gymming to keep it going, as physical exercise was something that keep me stay afloat during those hard times too, just simply by seeing the progress I make day by day. Those feelings like when everything around is just darkness are so scary and sometimes it's just hard to see where we are going, yet every time they come and go I learn something new and recently I learned to fight those time just like the way I talk to myself during a long distance run - "just one more step, and again". It's okay to take one step at a time, and it's okay to get tired because that's part of the fight. Something else I find that works for me is writing sticky notes and stick it somewhere I look at regularly to remind myself why I do the things I do because sometimes I forget who I am in this constant cycle of life and a reminder of my own meaning is nice to remember of. Thank you for voicing it out, there are always support in the forum and I hope things go well for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
