    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the forums and thank you for reaching out to us.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You are not alone with still having low days, I have been on them for many years and do still have 'not so good' days. There may be a reason that it happens occasionally, perhaps hormonal, perhaps diet, but they are meant to keep you from sinking into the depths. When I have one of those days, I do my best not to fight it too much, just let the day unfold because I know it will pass.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I guess it depends on how often it is happening for you and how much you spiral on those days. If it happens a lot, then you may need to chat with your GP, occasionally the medication that once worked well is no longer the right one for you. It may help to keep a record of when it happens and how you feel, you may notice a pattern in your record keeping.       <title>Low Days?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, This is my first time posting anything. I was just wondering if anyone on antidepression medication still experience low days?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been on anti depression medication for about 7 years and feel like my happy self, but every now and then I have low days for no reason. I struggle to do anything, I ignore everyone, I am fighting back tears for I don't even know why. I fantasise about laying in my bed, locking my door and dissapearing from my life.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am just not sure if I should still be having these days while on medication?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks everyone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear JAB,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been explained that our moods work in a pattern that is likened to valleys and peaks. If you draw a wavy line it will have a rounded bottom and then the line goes up and you have a rounded top. Then the line goes down again and the pattern repeats.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We can’t always live on the peak. Sometimes we drop down into a valley. It can be slow or quick. But eventually we go back up to the peak.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Perhaps your unpleasant days are just a valley day. And that is okay. We all have low days, even on medication. Triggers are good to know, to see if it is one of them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I agree with Indigo. That if it worries you to talk to your treating health professionals.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I can understand where you are coming from and how you feel on a low day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Medication is only one component of treatment and some kind of talking therapy is usually the other. Or lifestyle changes. They balance each other out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
