Im getting my tubes tied and I dont want to. My boyfriend doesent want kids anymore and wants me to be pain free from my PCOS and said I need to go ahead and my my insides fixed. Meanwhile I know I want a kid but I love him so im now killing a part of my life to give him what he wants and make him happy. I love him and seems im willing to end my future in a big way. Does he care no his playing fortnite with his headphones on. Yet ill kill this part of me for him

Thankyou for reaching out on a difficult topic to advise on.

Men and women, individuals display love differently. You dont seem entirely happy with the amount of love he displays to you. That is a major concern.

Have you both considered him to have a vasectomy? Just wondering.

Depending on your age have you considered waiting for a while? I suggest that because it's your body and if my wife and I were in your situation I would be allowing her to make the ultimate decision when she decided to make it. In fact the mother of my adult kids had had 2 caesareans and didnt want a 3rd so we decided for me to have a vasectomy. While it's clear he has your interests at heart his priority I'd imagine should be how your yearning for a child is far too strong for you to get that operation at this time.

To bypass any potential conflicts I'd suggest you both attend a couples counsellor. You'll be amazed how a fresh set of professional ears can shine light on your problems.
