Hello Asher,

Warm welcome to the forums. Sorry to hear about your mental health challenges. Happy to know that you have reached out to Lifeline and the forums for support and guidance.

Sometimes our thoughts and feelings don't always tell the truth. They often make situations out to be worse than they really are especially people who are suffering from ADHD.

If I may ask, do you have any family or friends you are comfortable talking to and who supports you? Have you also reached out to your GP or a mental health professional?

If you feel like sharing more, is there anything that happened recently that has triggered these negative thoughts?

One of the ways to keep your mind healthy, is to try and challenge these negative thoughts and focus a lot more on any good things in your life (even if it is small) than the bad things.

Please remember you are not alone in this. I am here to listen and support...

Take care

Happylife
