Hey Gj,
I know the one thing that can quickly scramble our brains is missing regular nourishing meals and not getting restful sleep, but also understand that stress can turn us off food and keep us tossing and turning at night.
Staying well hydrated and avoiding sugary 'energy' food/snacks is also important for maintaining optimal function in order to apply our resources to more productive thought.
Do you have a budget plan to show you where you are at now and/or a trajectory to where you will likely encounter financial distress?
