Hi,

Thank you for your post. I’m sorry you’re going through a hard time.
Everyone deals with things differently but some things that worked for me;

I spoke to my GP and finally decided (after a couple of years hoping whatever I was feeling would go away) medication was a start. I was hesitant but after it settled in I felt like me again.
I took the short course on beyond blue, I’m not sure if they still have it available.
But something that helped me when feeling anxious (for me it was nausea, trouble breathing, feelings of hopelessness), was to “talk” to my anxiety.
In my head I’d say “you are safe, you are not in danger, you are stronger than this feeling” over and over again.
I also did therapy, but you need to be ready to accept help.
I hope this has helped but I’m happy to talk it out further if you have any questions or just a bit of support.
Please take care of you xx
