And I am sorry that no one responded to your message on the forum over the weekend. I hope you know that Beyond Blue has a counselling service that you can call and also LifeLine you can always call 24/7 for crisis support. I have called these numbers a few times and I find it really helpful to have someone to talk to or to use the online chat if I don't feel like talking. It's nice to connect with someone right in that moment when I feel sad or overwhelmed. And I find that the connection with another person can help to ease the sadness.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can hear your longing to smile and laugh, and the hope that someone else on the forum can provide that.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone, I wish I was happy right now and I have no clue why I am sad. I am safe which is good. I am having suicidal thoughts but I won’t act on them. I just need someone to message right now. To make me happy. I woke up sad this morning. I have been sad the whole morning which sucks. I hope that someone will see this post on the forums and can make me laugh and smile in someway. As I need to laugh and smile right now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Rose2021&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Relaxing in bed? Are you reading a book or listening to music, or doing something on your phone or tablet?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are indeed some funny videos on Youtube. I usually go there to listen to audiobooks, &amp;amp; sometimes, I find music. I don't want to subscribe, but I get irritated with the ads. I find fewer ads in the audiobooks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What things do you enjoy doing? If ithe weather is fine, would you enjoy getting out for a walk, maybe in a park, maybe near water, if there is any near you, &amp;amp; simply pending some time in nature? Earlier enough in the day, you could take a lunch break while out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have some fun word games here on BB, in the BB Social Zone, if you'd like to try. &amp;amp; there is a thread called 'Worst Joke Wednesday', for some jokes people have posted, too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For a deeper happiness, I think the best things are things we do to care for ourselves. I'm finding it feels good deep inside to know I'm doing things like exercise, eating well, gettting my body clean (most especially after the exercising &amp;amp; hydrotherapy),then using my moisturising cream to soften my very dry skin. Sometimes it does feel good to have a snooze, but in general I try not to, because after having a snooze, I might be up too late into the night.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;amp; such moods often are temporary, as are colds. When I have had a cold, a bowl of hot chicken soup feels very healing, tastes good &amp;amp; coincidently, lifts my mood, although it really works best if it's home-made chicken soup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hugzies&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;mmMekitty&lt;/P&gt;</description>

What I would want removed may be very different to what you would like not to see. That's my cat in my profile picture. I had her for 7 years &amp;amp; lost her 10 years ago. It was so sad &amp;amp; I miss her still. Here she she is, for everyone to see &amp;amp; for me to share with everyone. Her name was Mekitty, &amp;amp; I loved her purr, so I added 'mm' to the beginning to come up with my username 'mmMekitty'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm getting older now, mid 60's, live in a city suburb, on my own in a flat I don't like.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I live on the disability Support Pension, &amp;amp; have NDIS support, &amp;amp; a couple workers now. They help me do things around the flat, &amp;amp; to get out &amp;amp; into the community, to exwercise at a gym &amp;amp; to hydrotherapy, &amp;amp; help withshopping so I can eat well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These things are really important to me. I have noticed looking after myself has helped me feel better about myself &amp;amp; that has helped lift my mood.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hugzies&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;mmMekitty&lt;/P&gt;</description>
