Keeping busy does help, but it is important to address the root of the issue (your depression).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope things improve soon - how are you going today?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jaz xx&lt;/P&gt;</description>
