topic Nighttimes in Depression

Hi, welcome back

Since the age of 12yo I was crying regularly, sad and fragile. I never thought it was a mental disorder.

In 2009 at 53yo a psychiatrist diagnosed me with bipolar, depression, anxiety and the thing for my crying- dysthymia!!

You might not have it but it is really worth a GP chat and diagnosis.

A small amount of meds fixed it and I've never looked back.

FYI dysthymia is a constant low depression state.

Google- beyondblue topic dysthymia

Repost anytime. Glad to see you back.
