Have been lost for so long it is now a comfort to stay here.

Do not want my life, and am of no use.

I tried so hard.

And now I am done with it.

Have spoken to no one since last here.

Not sure if you can relate but I found one of the most challenging questions to answer when I was in the depths of depression was 'Do you know who you are?' Bit of an unusual question, for sure. Typically, 'I don't know anymore' was my response. Didn't even know what I was meant to be doing in life other than surviving day to day. That was a pretty demanding job in itself.

I hope you return for a chat, as Tim suggested. It can be hard to see your own value when you're in such a dark place. We see it and wish to give you some light to carry.
