hi.

I guess that once you knew what was wrong with you... you would have treatment etc.

I did get a little confused on regarding not knowing what is wrong. Is it the BPD? eating issues?

I would say that I have plain vanilla depression and anxiety. Contrast that with others I whose diagnoses were more specific I got frustrated. I guess over time I have learned to accept this. I would also think that my depression as having a starting and ending time. Over time I worked out that it is not like a broken arm and has its own time frame.

Can I ask what sort of support you have or are getting? Are you getting any professional help?

Can I also ask what is "OK" for you? I would ask my psych* (plural) about being normal again. They replied with the question "what is normal?".

Probably not the answers you were looking for, but I think it can become a new normal or ok. Whether it is the what I thought it would be... I would have to think about that.

I've been diagnose wirh depression, anxiety BBD and I exhibit some eating disorder habit..
But not yet been diagnose with an Eating disorder. Now BPD has been mention a few times..
Which makes me depress because no one knows what's wrong with me.
And I'm just tired of life. Cause I want everything sorted and on track.
But with me losing my crap every 3 or so days I lose hope. That I will ever be okay.
The question is will I be okay??

Hello Yelah, thanks for posting your comment.

'Body dysmorphic disorder (BDD) shares some features with eating disorders and obsessive-compulsive disorder', but I'm not qualified to say this, however, with OCD, which I have, it's possible for this illness to cause an eating disorder, and I'm talking from experience.

Ask you doctor if they can give you a mental health plan, which entitles you to 10 Medicare paid sessions to see a psych.

We hope to hear back from you.

Geoff.
