Hello Cabbage Patch Kid and welcome to Beyond Blue forums

So pleased you've found your way here. Depression is such a weight to carry hey? You say you've had it for 20 years and in the last 10 months it's gotten worse. What was happening in your life at that time?

I know what you mean about that feeling of being at capacity. It can be very strong and feel like it's taking over. Though there are many things that can be done to help move forward. What are some of the ways you've managed over the past 20 years?

Keep reaching out, if and when you want to Cabbage Patch Kid. You're not alone.

Kind regards

I’ve suffered depression for over 20 years but in the last 10months my depression has gotten worse.

Lately I feel like my body mind and heart can’t deal with how I’m feeling at the moment. I feel like I’m at capacity and I just don’t know what to do. Most mornings I wake up vomiting and then I cry most days. I’m exhausted and can barely do anything. I’m finding it hard to see that I will get better and get my life back. I don’t want to feel this way and some days I would do anything not to feel so sad and depressed.

can anyone help?
