Max, you are heard.

Please take good care of yourself. Relaxation is possible without sleeping. The racing mind can be tamed but it takes persistent work. It involves daily practice. Not easy but well worth the effort in the long run.

You can google Relaxed Breathing, Relaxed Body Scan, Mindfulness. There are online guided meditation sites. One of my favourites is a 2 hours "Shamanic Tibetan Meditation"...it has a series of stunning photos and landscapes, slowly shifting and blending into each other. Attention grabbing, entrancing. Very cleverly done. Want to give it a try ? Plenty more where it comes from...

Kindest thoughts.

Hi. Lately ive been sleeping most of the night and day. Its very risky and dangeruos for me because i have had blood clots before.in the leg and lung. Too much sleeping can cause blood pooling which causes a blood clot. But its the only way i can switch off . From physical pains.depression. a racing mind. Too many bad memories. I dont even answer my phone most of the time. I refuse to talk to anyone. This probably wont even get posted .cheers.
