Bipola and ADHD - does anybody have both that can help me out?

Hi 👋🏼

ive been diagnosed with Bipola and Maybe ADHD.

Can anyone help help me out with surviving? Eg any support groups? I don't know anyone who has both conditions.

It does depend if you have bipolar 1 or 2.

2 is much milder.

I was diagnosed incorrectly with bipolar 1 and ADHD in 2003. Correctly rediagnosed with bipolar 2 and depression jn 2009.

So with mania ADHD can be mistaken for it.

On ADHD there is a book called "adhd in adults" by Weiss. Good read.

Hi my name is Rachel . I got Bipolar 1 and ADHD and looks like Schizophrenia plus anxiety so your not alone okay there are others who are like you if there was any support groups I would tell you but sadly there are none which is annoying .

I've got ADHD, and am recently diagnosed with bipolar 2. So I'm still on the path to learn about it.

ive struggled up and down so much in life. It's definitely been an anchor to who I truly want to be. But the best thing is I don't give up and now I know the true diagnosis it gives me hope to fight it and achieve my dreams.
