I know its probably been done before but just interested with the advent of movies like The Matrix series and now with the amazing technology in Virtual Reality.

Does anyone else feel like they are walking around in some artificially generated scenario and just wish that they could find a way out? Escape the pain and suffering for the real life we are meant to have, pain and symptom free.

Hi Tigermum, welcome

I do rabbit along here with the country living world

Today I drove 2.5 hours one way to Melbourne then return and put up with traffic and road rage.

So that is the "virtual reality" for me. An alien world of concrete and people that dont respect others.

As soon as I break into the highway out of there my mind feels free.I often wonder whether city dwellers with mental illness realise the extent that the city environment has on their health. But I'm biased of course.
