    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Alison, thanks for posting and it's good that you haven't been on AD for 10 but there is no shame to go back on them as your life chances.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is much you need to consider as you enter this phase and that's to look after yourself, no one needs to know that you have started taking them again, but if they have helped you in the past, please don't hesitate to visit your doctor, as the AD's you took 10 years ago may not be suitable for you now and since then there has been more developments in producing different AD's.&lt;/P&gt;
