      <description>&lt;P&gt;Finding it hard to even say the problems I am battling let alone fighting to get through them. Had a recent medication change which has been a ride to hell. Striving to stay hopeful that the new meds should ease on the negative effects and turn to aid me in recovery from major depression. Its very&amp;nbsp;difficult to recover when things&amp;nbsp;you are trying to get over&amp;nbsp;are still impacting to such a point that it feels the mind just&amp;nbsp;isn't able to get enough traction to set up for recovery. One week or so down on new medication, hopefully the effects will turn positive sooner than later. Having to medicate way more than I wish to on stabilising meds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best Wishes to all who are also suffering.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi redmonster !&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the forum, and thank you for your best wishes to others who suffer. &amp;nbsp;Changing meds, or dosage, is often difficult. &amp;nbsp;In my case it was the dosage that kept changing for a period of time, and I just felt worse than before. &amp;nbsp;I have now stabilised on a dosage that I am comfortable with and after a long time am now starting to feel much better. There are of course always those bad days where you just want to stay in bed. &amp;nbsp;I guess what I am saying is, hang in there. &amp;nbsp;It will get better. &amp;nbsp;If it does not, talk to your psychiatrist or GP and maybe try another type of medication. &amp;nbsp;Many on this forum have found that they had to change meds several times before finding the right one.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I also can sympathise with the point you have made regarding recovery when the issues/triggers are still impacting on you. &amp;nbsp;Are you in a position to change that over time? &amp;nbsp;I have been working on slowly addressing all those triggers that affect my health. &amp;nbsp;In my case, just planning and working on that has been very therapeutic.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have not been very helpful, but just letting you know that we are hearing you and wish you well.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please keep posting and let us know how you are going.&lt;/P&gt;
