&lt;P&gt;Thank you so much for your latest response.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I’m guessing that you’re seeing the doctors to help you through with the things that happened in November – and really, that’s only a couple of months ago, so your feelings, thoughts, emotions would still be very much at the surface and be raw for you.&amp;nbsp; I really hope that the doctors are providing you with some appropriate help (and possible medications) to help you through this current time?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Do you feel they are helping?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do your two mates know what happened and if so, is there “any” possibility that they could perhaps help you out while things are really so stressful and difficult for you?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I’m sorry, as it is so easy to write this, but in truth and in real life, it’s another whole thing to actually put something like this into action;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; and what I’m talking about is whether there could be some kind of roster system (hope you don’t think me silly for suggesting this) whereby one mate stays one night;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; and the other the next night;&amp;nbsp; then (another big ask here) the 3rd night, you could go to their place, and 4th night, the other person’s place.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I hope I haven’t gone overboard with this, and though I don’t know you at all, I’m sensing that this is causing you major distress (as it most well should as it would be a terrifying experience for anyone to endure) and I’m just trying to think of ways to help you through this current phase.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please do write back again KG, with how you’re feeling and what you think of the above;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; and if not possible, I’ll wrack my grey matter to try and come up with something else for you.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Neil I live alone my partner works interstate away alot, recently moved here am seeing doctors and trying to get though, my family friends live 4 hours away but have got 2 mates in this new town. Home invasion happened at 3 am I was in bed&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;They cut off power entered home by kicking in door, I ran to neighbours. &amp;nbsp;This was November it happened it's now 1:30 am my lights are on and I can't sleep well since it happened&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Neil. I have read your reply and my doctor put me on antidepressants which I started taking. Hard to get my girlfriend s to stay as they have partner so, full time jobs I don't want to be a burden on them&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Got a mate from home staying Thursday night so I will sleep like a log when she's here &amp;nbsp;doctors suggested medication to help sleep but I don't want to be out.to it at night. I want to be alert. Tired during the days &amp;nbsp;(of course)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
