      <description>I been really down lately, anxiety is constant. Today I had a meltdown. I still feel so lost. My hubby has disability which he slowly getting worse. My kids are at Times difficult. All pressure on me to hold the fort. But now I'm slowly collapsing. I really don't know what to do</description>

&lt;P&gt;I hope you are feeling a little better now. All of us have an upper limit to stress and it is normal to lose the ability to cope when we are overwhelmed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If we can help here, we will. Are you able to explain your situation more? Have you seen a GP for your anxiety? If not, there are things you can do to get help.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please get back to me and I will look out for your post.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;dear Jode, it's great that you have come to this site seeking our help, but it seems as though life isn't treating you well at all, and that the pressure is too much, and that's no good, so please we implore you to get back to us, so we will try and help you get through this time.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When someone is slowly deteriorating and you have to help them get through it, it puts enormous pressure on you, and add to this the kids who are playing up, then it then becomes too much.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 16px;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #000000; font-size: 16px;"&gt;I’m sorry to hear that things aren’t so good for you of late – but suspect that this has been going on for quite a long time now and something has just triggered things to a kind of breaking point.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;SPAN style="color: #000000; font-size: 16px;"&gt;It sounds like your kids are of a young-ish age?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;SPAN style="color: #000000; font-size: 16px;"&gt;Hence the difficulty with them – perhaps being a bit too over the top, etc;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;SPAN style="color: #000000; font-size: 16px;"&gt;which when we’re not feeling well ourselves can really increase our own tensions and stresses.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
