      <description>&lt;P&gt;I mean to say that as long as I am not being rude, saying bad things about people, insulting anyone, or being stupid, I am okay and have the right to ask people questions. Besides, I should avoid sending spam messages to people who don’t respond. So, what is the other term that some people use? Why is there no need to apologize? Just because I ask people something that they don’t want or don’t like, such as asking for money, doesn’t mean I am wrong.&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
