Dear Teenytiny~

Welcome back. Having experienced ongoing anxiety and panic attacks they made life pretty terrible but though therapy and meds I'm in a much better place, however I think I will be on meds for a very long time if not permanently. Fortunately I have few side effects and am not that worried about having them part of my life.

Nobody wants that sort of life to return and worrying about it happening is only natural.

May I ask why you are tapering of? You sort of implied they had been effective and were very worried about what would happen wihtout them. To go from a stable life to the unknown does seem a pity unless there is a pressing need to change.

Whenever one ceases a medication it is often done slowly under the constant supervision of the prescriber. I suggest you remain in constant contact and sing out if symptoms start to return

If you would like to let us know how you get on that would be great

Croix
