    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Adele&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm so sorry that you feel like that, I can understand how anxiety can make us feel horrible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes all we can do is to find a way to calm ourselves down so we don't make it worse by getting upset about it and have patience. I usually go for a walk and/or focus on peaceful environment around me. It is definitely hard sometimes but as long as we keep trying, keep going and keep learning how to be calm there is a hope.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And yes, it can be very sneaky. I think it's great that you posted as just even sharing our feelings and our stories can help a lot. Please let us know how you're going whenever you feel like it&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I don’t know where to start really so I’m here. I have adhd and autism among others and I’ve recently been feeling pretty bad. My anxiety which I thought I was handling well has reared its head in another why to what I was used to so I didn’t see it coming. It’s very sneaky. I know how lonely it feels and I just don’t want anyone else to feel that way.</description>
