    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anxiety is far more serious than many people think. It can also lead to depression and other things is left untreated. Also its common to have anxiety for a long time before we actually realise its there so it goes untreated for a long time and by then its more in our makeup and hard to budge.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So thats what happened to me prior to 1987 when it peaked and a workplace conflict brought everything to a head. I got therapy and also decided that self help with critical to my ridding myself from the illness.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best I post the following thread which outlines the several things you can do at home.
